Return/Exchange Policy

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required: please provide the receipt or order confirmation number.

Starting a Return: To initiate a return, contact us at support@aerowayinc.com with the following information:

  1. Order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Reason for return

Upon approval, we will provide one or more return shipping labels and instructions on how and where to send your package(s). Please note:

  • Unauthorized returns, or items returned in a different condition than received, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Packaging, Lost Shipments & Refund Processing:

For returns involving multiple items, Aero Way, Inc. may provide multiple return shipping labels in a PDF attachment. Customers are responsible for reviewing the PDF attachment and verifying the number of shipping labels provided before shipping any return items.

If multiple shipping labels are provided, customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided shipping labels are used and attached to the appropriate return package(s). Failure to review the provided shipping labels or failure to use all provided shipping labels may result in delayed, lost, or unidentifiable return shipments.

If a return shipment becomes lost, unidentifiable, delayed, or otherwise cannot be accounted for during transit, Aero Way, Inc. will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refund processing will be suspended until the investigation has been completed and a final determination has been made by the carrier. Any applicable refund will be processed only after the investigation has concluded.

If a returned item becomes lost, unidentifiable, or unrecoverable due to improper packaging, failure to attach a provided shipping label, or failure to use all shipping labels provided in the return authorization email, Aero Way, Inc. reserves the right to deny or adjust the refund accordingly.

Restocking Fee: There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. For any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately with:

  1. Order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photographs showing the problem

We will address these concerns promptly and, if justified, provide a full refund without a restocking fee.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
