Geographical Limitations: Our standard shipping applies to all U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping options to these locations.

Order Instructions: Please follow the instructions on our website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy our products and services.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order before acceptance, and to rescind acceptance and cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion, even after order confirmation or credit card charge. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit order quantities on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. Order verification may be required prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Designated Shipping Address: Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser, provided that it complies with our shipping restrictions.

Delivery Attempts & Redelivery Fees: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is able to receive freight deliveries at the scheduled delivery time. Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries, refused shipments, rescheduled delivery appointments, limited access locations, or situations where proper unloading equipment (such as a forklift or loading dock) is unavailable. Any carrier-imposed redelivery or storage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Title and Risk of Loss: All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Consequently, the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
